R. C.'S SPICY GRILLED FISH ..a great
Bonefish grill recipe to try !
Melt 1/2 stick butter and use to evenly coat both sides of boneless fish fillets. Sprinkle generously with CREOLE SEAFOOD SEASONING (below) and place in folding grill basket. Grill on low heat for 20 minutes, turning basket every 5 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
CREOLE SEAFOOD SEASONING:
- 1/3 c. salt
- 1/4 c. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp. thyme
- 2 tbsp. oregano
- 1/3 c. paprika
- 3 tbsp. onion powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine and mix thoroughly. Pour into glass jar and seal tightly. Keeps indefinitely. The
