R. C.'S SPICY GRILLED FISH ..a great Bonefish grill recipe to try !

Melt 1/2 stick butter and use to evenly coat both sides of boneless fish fillets. Sprinkle generously with CREOLE SEAFOOD SEASONING (below) and place in folding grill basket. Grill on low heat for 20 minutes, turning basket every 5 minutes.

  • 1/3 c. salt
  • 1/4 c. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. cayenne pepper

  • 1/3 c. paprika
  • 3 tbsp. onion powder

BANG BANG SAUCE SHRIMP

BANG BANG SAUCE SHRIMP
A nice Bonefish grill recipes to try ~!

BONEFISH GRILL INGREDIENTS :
  • 2 pounds peeled and deveined Jumbo or large shrimp
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 2 well beaten eggs,
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup Corn Starch
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Oil for deep frying

BONEFISH GRILL INSTRUCTIONS
1 bottle Dinni’s Select Bang Bang Sauce

NOTE: If you are in hurry you can substitute the shrimp with store bought pre-battered frozen shrimp.

First of all Sprinkle shrimp with 1 1/2 teaspoons salt; let stand at room temperature for 12 minutes. Combine eggs, milk, corn starch, flour, baking powder in mixing bowl; mix until smooth. Heat oil in deep fryer to 350F. Add batter to the bowl with shrimp, stir till the shrimp is well coated with batter drop shrimp in the deep fryer and fry till golden brown (about 3 minutes)

And then in a separate bowl or a ( large zip lock bag ) empty one 12 oz. bottle of Dinni’s Select Bang Bang Sauce, drop the fried shrimp and still till all the shrimp is coated with the sauce. Garnish with fresh green or red hot peppers and serve with side of Bang Bang Sauce for dipping. The Bonefish grill recipes bang bang sauce is ready !

  • 1/3 c. Promise Spread
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. fresh chopped dill, parsley or chives
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. First of all in small saucepan over medium heat melt Promise.
2. Add lemon juice, dill and pepper.
3. Baste fish with sauce while grilling or broiling.

* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
* 3-5 drops hot chili sauce, just a few drops
* 1/2-3/4 cup cornstarch, to coat the shrimp in

1Mix mayo and sauces for coating.
2.Bread shrimp in cornstarch.
3.Deep fat fry the shrimp until lightly brown.
4.Drain on paper towel, put shrimp in a bowl and coat with the sauce.

Bonefish Grill Recipe Ingredients and Instructions
TUNA SASHIMI

Cover a filet of sushi grade tuna with teriyaki glaze, then roll the fish in black and white sesame seeds (the seeds will stick to the glaze).
Sear all sides of the filet for about 30 seconds in a hot skillet.Cut thin slices of the tuna and serve with Vietnamese chile sauce on the side.

SEARED AHI TUNA LOIN

1 (1 inch) thick (9 oz) filet of ahi tuna loin
Season with salt and pepper
Grill the tuna to medium rare (it will take about 4 minutes on each side for a 2-inch thick filet)
Top the tuna with a teriaki glaze, fresh cut carrots, chives and a spot of wasabi sauce (a mixture of mayonnaise, chopped vegetables, wasabi paste, salt and pepper)

Bonefish Grill Recipe Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp. coarsely chopped cilantro
Bonefish Grill Recipe Instructions

1.In a medium sauce pan, sautee the minced ginger in the olive oil until fragrant.
2.In a bowl, thoroughly combine the soy sauce, ketchup, oyster sauce, lemon juice and water and add to sauté pan.
3.Bring the mixture to a slow boil, then slowly add sugar over low-med heat for about 5 minutes.
4.If desired, add a little hot water to the sauce to thin it.

Chilean Sea Bass with sea Beans and Basil Tomato Broth Recipe

A nice Bonefish grill recipe to try !

Bonefish Grill Recipe INGREDIENTS
* 7 oz Chilean Sea Bass Fillet very fresh skin off;
* 3 oz sea beans
* 1 0z Alpha Alpha Sprouts as garnish
* 2 Spring of Thyme
* 1 Scallion Finely Chopped
* 1 Tsp Fresh Italian parsley leaves Finely chopped
* 1 tsp extra virgin Olive Oil ( my suggestion Mosto Unfiltered Raineri)
* Salt and pepper to season
* 1 Nasturtium Flower for the finish
* For the broth :
* 1 Quart of water
* 2 Ripe Tomato on the vine diced
* 6 Leaves Fresh Basil
* 1/2 spanish onion diced
* 2 Tbs Chopped Celery Root
* 1 garlic clove whole
* 1 Tsp Salt
* 1/2 Tsp fresh Ground Black Pepper

Bonefish Grill RecipeINSTRUCTIONS
1. Prapare the broth :
2. Pour the quart of cold water in a medium pot add all the ingredients, bring to boil and then dim the fire and let gently simmer for one hour ( if reduces too much add a little more of hot water);
3. After the hour use an immersion blender and grind all the ingredients in the pot than let simmer for 30 min more, don't let it reduce too much, than strain the broth with a fine strainer season as needed and keep it hot;
4. Set on a working table one Sheet of Parchment Paper big enough to wrap the fish filet ;
5. Put the fish filet in the middle of the parchment paper sprinkle with salt and pepper ;
6. Top the fish fillet with the thyme, the scallion and the parsley;
7. Drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil;
8. Wrap the fish in the parchment paper (as you were wrapping a gift)
9. Fold one side of the paper on the other than fold the sides .
10. Save the wrap as made in the fridge for 15 min.
11. In a small pot of boiling water and NO SALT blanch the sea beans for 4 minutes than shock them in iced water so they won't loose the color .(test them if they are too salty blanch them again for two more minute in fresh boiling water)Set aside;
12. Cook the fish in a preheated oven at 350 F for 13/15 min mean while reheat the sea beans in boiling water for one minute;
13. The Plate :
14. Pour the Broth in an Individual peacher and keep it hot;
15. Unwrap the fish carefully ( do not break it ;) and clean it from all the garnish used in the cooking wrap;
16. Place the hot sea beans in a nice big pasta bowl , top with the fish and garnish with the sprouts and the Nasturtium flower than gently pour the broth all around the fish finish with a little drizzle of Extra virgin olive oil just on the fish ;

JOSEPHINE MUSSELS BONEFISH RECIPE

Bonefish Grill Recipe Ingredients

* 3 dozen fresh prince edward mussels (about 2 pounds)
* 4 ounces chopped yellow onions
* 2 ounces chopped garlic
* 14 ounces chopped tomatoes, juice and all
* Fresh basil
* 2 ounces sambuca romana or ouzo or Pernod
* 1/2 lemon, juice of parsley, garnish

Lemon Butter Sauce (use 3/4 cup)

* 1/4 cup real butter
* 2 tablespoons minced yellow onions
* 2 tablespoons minced garlic
* 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
* 2 tablespoons dry white wine
* Kosher salt or sea salt
* White pepper, to taste
* 2 tablespoons cold butter

Bonefish Grill Recipe Instructions

1. Coat a hot skillet with melted butter. Add the fresh Prince Edward mussels to the skillet, and cover. The steam will cook the mussels, along with the heat of the pan. It will take about 1-2 minutes to cook the mussels. You’ll know when they’re done when the mussels begin to open.
2. Next, add into the pan: 4 oz chopped onions, 2 oz chopped garlic, 14 oz chopped tomatoes.
3. Add 2 ounces of sambuca (licorice flavored liquor) - let the alcohol cook off, then add fresh basil, lemon juice and lemon butter sauce to the pan. Cook for 45 seconds.
4. Discard any mussels that did not open. Serve in a large bowl, topped with fresh chopped parsley.
5. Lemon Butter Sauce.
6. Melt butter over low heat;remove from heat and let sit until the milk solids settle to the bottom; skim the clear butter from the top; discard the sediment.
7. Sauté onion and garlic in 2 tbs of the clarified butter until transparent.
8. Stir in lemon juice and white wine and season with salt and pepper.
9. Simmer 2-3 minutes to reduce liquid.
10. Remove from heat and swirl in cold butter until sauce is smooth and butter is melted. The Bonefish grill recipe of mussels is ready to serve...amazing ! Bon apetit !

  • Few drops hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh basil (or 1/8 c. dried)
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Use with a firm fleshed fish (swordfish, mahi mahi, salmon steaks). Whisk together the vinegar, oil and hot pepper sauce. Stir in the basil. Pour over fish and marinate about 45 minutes, turning once, before grilling. The Bonefish grill recipe of basil is ready to serve....nice taste !

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs. orange roughy, 3/4 inch thick slices
  • 1 lg. onion, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 lg. ripe tomato, diced
  • 1 thin sliced lemon
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients (except fish) and mix in frying pan over medium heat. Place fish fillets on top of hot ingredients.

GRILLED FISH KABOBS WITH MEDITERRANEAN SALSA ...a great Bonefish Grill recipe to try ! Nice !

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for a at least 1 hour
  • 3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, washed, dried, minced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh thyme, washed, patted dry, minced or 1 tsp. dried
  • 1 lg. garlic cloves, peeled, ends removed, minced
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 lbs. firm fleshed fish, such as halibut, sea bass or shark, washed, patted dry, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • Mediterranean Salsa (recipe follows)
  • 1 lemon, cut into 8 wedges, then cut in half to make 16 pieces
  • 1 red, yellow or green bell pepper, washed, cored, seeded and cut into 1 1/2 inch squares

INSTRUCTIONS
Soak skewers in water. In a large plastic bag or a medium, non reactive bowl, combine 3/4 cup olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, garlic and black pepper; stir to blend. Place fish in mixture;
toss lightly to coat. Seal or cover and marinate for 30 minutes in refrigerator.

Preheat grill. Remove fish from marinade; reserve marinade. Thread fish onto skewers alternately with lemon pieces and bell peppers.
Brush grids of barbecue with remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil. Place skewers on rack and grill, turning frequently, until fish is just barely opaque, about 8 to 11 minutes. Spoon Mediterranean Salsa on serving platter. Arrange kabobs on top. The Bonefish grill recipe is ready to serve immediately....great one !

MEDITERRANEAN SALSA:
  • 1 lg. red bell pepper, washed
  • 12 lg. basil leaves, washed, dried or 1 1/2 tbsp. dried
  • 1 lg. garlic clove, peeled, ends removed, minced
  • 1 jalapeno chili or other hot chili, washed, veins and seeds removed, finely minced
  • 4 oil packed sun dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 sm. red onion, peeled, ends removed, chopped
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 lg. tomatoes, washed, seeded, diced
  • 3 tbsp. chopped black olives

INSTRUCTIONS
Place oven rack 5 to 6 inches from broiler element. preheat broiler.
Line broiler pan or baking sheet with foil. Place red pepper on top.
Roast on all sides until entire pepper is charred, about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and wrap the charred pepper in the aluminum foil used to line pan. Allow to rest 5 minutes. Remove foil; when cool enough to touch, remove core and seeds. Cut into a medium dice.
Using a food processor fitted with the metal blade, process basil leaves and garlic until finely chopped. Add jalapeno or other chili, sun dried tomatoes and red onion; process 10 seconds. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper; process 5 seconds. Carefully remove blade and stir in bell pepper, tomatoes and olives. May be used immediately or covered and refrigerated up to 24 hours. Makes about 2 cups. Bonefish grill recipe...!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill, parsley, savory or chervil or 1 tsp.
  • dried herb, crumbled - ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 lb. fresh salmon, cod, or halibut steaks (1" thick)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Melt butter in small saucepan. Add lemon juice, herb, salt and pepper for Herb-Butter Baste.
2. Place fish on well-oiled grill or in a hinged rectangular wire grilling rack. Brush fish with herb butter. Grill about 4-6 inches from gray-ashed coals 6-8 minutes. Baste with herb butter. Carefully turn; baste again. Cook another 6-10 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Remove to serving platter; spoon remaining herb butter over steaks. INGREDIENTS
  • 4 (6 oz.) dense fish steaks, such as halibut, swordfish or tuna
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. med. dry sherry
  • 1 1/2 tsp. peeled and grated ginger root
  • 1 tsp. fresh grated range rind
  • Fresh ground pepper as desired
  • Oil as needed for the grill
  • Garnish as desired

INSTRUCTIONS
Arrange the steaks in a shallow glass or porcelain baking dish. Whisk the rest of the ingredients until creamy and emulsified. Pour the marinade over the fish. Marinate, covered, 2 hours or overnight turning periodically.
Heat a ridged grill until hot. Brush with additional oil and heat the oil. Grill the steaks over high heat on both sides according to thickness (about 10 minutes). You may also grill the fish over

  • 3/4 cup reserved pineapple juice

  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro

Chimichurri Sauce

Chimichurri Sauce

A garlicky, fresh herb sauce of South American origin. Incredibly versatile, it is equally at home beside grilled fish or a filet mignon. Fresh green flavor creates sparks with grilled specialties.

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. plus Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp. oregano, dry leaves
  • 1 tsp. black pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • Finely grated lemon zest from 3 lemons
  • 4 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 bunch flat leaf (Italian) parsley
  • 1 cup olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS

1.Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse chop until all ingredients are approximately 1/8 inch in size.
2.Add Italian parsley and pulse chop until parsley is 1/8 inch in size.
3.Add the olive oil and blend in quickly. (Do not over blend)
4.Allow the sauce to marinate for 30 minutes before serving.
